Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Consultations: Fees are non-refundable once the session is booked and completed.
- Cancellations: : If canceled at least 24 hours in advance, consultations can be rescheduled without extra charges.
- Medicines/Products: Refunds are available only in case of wrong or damaged delivery, reported within 48 hours of receipt
• Customized Medicines: Medicines prepared as per prescription are non-returnable.
